Gerald Goldman

Gerald is responsible for the asset management of a variety of property types and works with operating partners on the development and redevelopment of projects as well as sales, leasing, dispositions and operations issues. Gerald has over twenty years of real estate experience, most recently as a Portfolio Manager with a real estate pension fund advisor handling several separate account relationships and overseeing the asset management of a diverse portfolio of core and value-added office, industrial, retail and multi-family assets. Previously, he worked for the real estate subsidiary of an investment bank as a Senior Asset Manager handling the operations, leasing and dispositions of a portfolio of office, retail and industrial assets in the western United States. Gerald is a graduate of San Diego State University (B.S., Cum Laude, Finance). Additionally, he holds a California real estate brokers license and has earned the RPA designation from the BOMI Institute.
