Mr. Holly is based in Chicago and is responsible for identifying and overseeing new acquisition opportunities in the Midwest and Mountain regions. Mr. Holly has over 18 years of real estate experience, most recently as a Vice President for JMB Realty Corp. In this capacity, he was responsible for identifying debt and equity opportunities nationwide for JMB Financial Advisors, an affiliate of JMB Realty Corp. Prior to JMB Realty Corp., Mr. Holly was Senior Vice President, Midwest Regional Manager for Countrywide Capital Markets in Chicago. At Countrywide, he originated, structured and managed CMBS, mezzanine debt and preferred equity investments for its institutional clients. Prior to Countrywide, Mr. Holly was Director of KeyBank's Private Equity Group and managed the Central Region, identifying mezzanine and equity opportunities for the group. Mr. Holly started at KeyBank as a Vice President of the Institutional Lending Group, originating and structuring large syndicated loans for national developers and corporate clients. He started his career with Citicorp in Chicago as an analyst in Citicorp's Real Estate Group. Mr. Holly is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
