Mr. Kraus is responsible for underwriting the acquisition of existing and to-be-developed real estate throughout the major metropolitan markets in the United States. Prior to joining the CJUF team, Mr. Kraus completed summer internships as an Investment Banking Analyst with Financo, Inc., a boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, and National City Corporation's Investment Banking Group, which serves middle market companies. Mr. Kraus is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (B.S., Cum Laude, Real Estate and Finance), where he served as Teaching Assistant for the Urban Real Estate Economics course.
