Mr. Rose is responsible for analyzing debt investment opportunities, assisting in deal execution, and monitoring Canyon's current portfolio investments. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Rose worked for The Marcus & Millichap Companies (TMMC) in the Capital Markets and Multifamily Acquisitions groups. Prior to TMMC, Mr. Rose was Vice President at Rosen Consulting Group, where he was responsible for national real estate market research, covering the office, retail, industrial, and residential sectors. Mr. Rose is a graduate of Stanford University (B.A., English) and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (M.B.A., Honors, with a concentration in Real Estate). He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
